The Original Trap Jigz

Originally designed for sight fishing large stocked trout in Southern California.

These jigs have a unique profile, and when combined with movement from the extra long tails tied from the center of the jig, and flash from the body materials, these jigs have proven since 2017 to be very effective at triggering instinctive bites from large freshly planted trout who have yet to dial in a specific food source in their new home. Trap Jigz particularly excel in clear water and for finesse sight fishing applications, however they can still be effective in a variety of conditions anywhere stocked trout are found.
