Shipping Info and Disclaimer

We use USPS Ground Advantage by default for all packages. Shipment typically takes 3-5 days from the point of shipping for all orders in the United States, especially the western U.S., however we do not necessarily ship every day. Please be aware of our shipping days announced above and factor that into the timing of when to expect your package.

DISCLAIMER: Trap Jigz is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address after being shipped from our end. Customer shipping information is automatically printed on shipping labels from what is entered at checkout. Once a package is dropped off to USPS to be shipped we have no further control over the delivery process or timeline. We cannot issue refunds or resend orders for these situations outside our control.

USPS Ground Advantage packages come with $100 of insurance, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim if needed. Please email us with any further questions or if issues arise.
